The repositioning of a 330-acre resort destroyed by hurricane allowed us to breathe fresh air into an age old destination resort. Charged with an entire brand revision we worked hard to consider partner merchandising programs through varied arms of the resort. Redevelopment of over 50 brand programs including numerous Food & Beverage concepts, Spa, Golf Course and Children's Programs. Revitalization and Brand Perception was renewed and ranked the resort higher in Guest Experience in over 20 years.
